The Day 1 night -Sauna-; this post is about the sauna.

The hotel I stayed at that day had 12 kinds of baths and saunas.

One of them was a rock salt sauna.

“What is a rock salt sauna...?"

When I entered the sauna, there was not a single person there.

It was 7:00 p.m., so the other guests must have dinner.

Now I can relax~.

The floor of the sauna was covered with hot stones, and a log-like object put on the floor.

I wonder how to use it.

Splash!

…it’s too hot!!

It was so hot when I jumped in!

I wonder if everyone is okay with this.

I don't know, it's my first time in a rock salt sauna...

I see! “Clear your mind of all mundane thoughts, and you will find even fire cool!!”

“This is the place to endure.”

I told myself, but it was still hot!

Once I got up on a duckboard, I thought of another way to use it.

There is something like a log...?

Oh yeah, put my feet up here!

Then it wouldn't be hot!

I stood on the log.

Yup. Just the right amount of heat.

Then an old lady came in.

She spread a bath towel on the stone, and lay on it!

And she was laying her head on what I thought was a log.

That's a pillow!

She thought I'm some kind of rude person.

After that, the old lady taught me how to use the rock salt sauna, and I successfully detoxed myself.

I feel refreshed♪
