It was amazing from the first day!

Hello, folks. I’m the leader of the Pokémon GO club Tokyo!

I tripped Kagoshima for the first time in 3 years！

It was a day for Pokéfuta (Poke lids) Tour Today!

There are Eeveelutions 9 manholes in Ibusuki-city, Kagoshima.

That’s wonderful! I’m so happy!

By the way, I chose Slowpoke as my buddy instead of my adorable one Mareep; even though I love sheep very much.

Clear blue sky, pure Slowpoke’s eyes.

I presented a red ribbon to my buddy; this slowpoke is a girl.

She had a Kagoshima friend!

And I talked with tourists.

They seemed very interesting to me because I took photos holding a slowpoke doll.

It’s strange actually.

Tourist A “A slowpoke…?”

Me “Hello. Where are you from?”

Tourist A “From Okayama.”

Me “I manage Pokémon GO Club Tokyo.”

Tourist A “I join Pokémon Go Okayama team.”

Me “What is your today’s purpose? Come here for Poke Lids?”

Tourist A “Yes! I come to shoot Eeveelutions manholes, staying at a nearby hotel!”

They had already visited Kumamoto and shot One Piece manholes.

I asked about the Pokémon GO app today, and they told…

Tourist A "I think Niantic should be more active in local revitalization."

That's clearly exactly.

Tourist A "Chansey manhole set in Fukushima and an event appearing more Snorlax in Kumamoto and Oita were good. It would provide opportunities to visit disaster-hit areas. I hope Pokémon will continue activities to make people's dreams and hopes."

I was impressed by users who are thinking about its future without being concerned about the interests of the app!

So, I asked them about an idea of “Gotochi (local) Pokémon” which I wrote in my last blog.

Me "Well. What do you think if there were local Pokémon? I think it would be great if there were Pokémon wearing unique costumes to the area. I think it would be adventurous dreams."

Tourist A "That would be nice. But I think it would be better to narrow down the types of Pokémon rather than having a variety of Pokémon."

Me "You mean?"

The touring trainer says that if we use popular Pokémon such as Pikachu and Eevee, more people will go to see the show.

I see! How it’s a clever idea.

Tourist A "And Pikachu should be used more, not only in Yokohama. Pikachu is a popular character of Pokémon, so it would be a waste not to use it. Also, it would be nice to increase appearing rates of shiny."

Tourist B "Miyazaki probably has an image of tropical countries and is famous for the mangoes-producing. Wouldn't it be good to appear Bounsweet that recent debut?"

Me "I see, thank you!”

I was able to hear other valuable stories.

I’m concerned about the future of Ibusuki City.

I said, "Even though there are Eeveelutions manholes、but they are not being utilized for tourism projects."

The sticking point is that no attraction or tour has been dedicated to Eeveelutions.

I saw it on the way to the hotel, and even though it was daytime, the shutters were down. It looked declining.

This is an issue that needs to be addressed by the entire town!

In talking with the Okayama group, suggestions for a wrapped bus and the construction of an Eeveelutions park came up!

The Eeveelutions manholes tour takes a long time to travel north and south.

What if we also held a tour of Eeveelutions manholes tour with a wrapping bus, combining it with a tour of hot springs?

It would be helpful for traffic.

Otherwise, we would have to travel by car.

If you take the train and walk, it will take longer than planed!

Of course, Pokémon Go is a game that encourages walking, I can't say more than that...

But if we have to go around by car, it will take a lot of time.

This is a theme I would like to ask the local government to address.

Recently, there is the Geodude Park in Tohoku region.

How about building an Eevee Park in Ibusuki City as well?

In Kagoshima, many users gather at the Temmonkan site rather than Kagoshima Chuo Station for PoGO

Then, what about Ibusuki City?

There are 9 Poke Lids, but there are no users who play PoGO there.

This is so close.

I think somebody should create a place where people gather in one place.

So, I am talking about creating the Eevee Park.

I didn't expect the story to develop so far in the field interviews.

How did you like it?

*Problem: Ibusuki City in Kagoshima Pref. has the groundwork for revitalization by attracting Eeveelutions manholes, but it is not being fully utilized.

Suggestions: Managing tours with a wrapped bus and building the Eevee Park.
