Happy New Year, everybody!

I’d like you to support us in 2024.

It was the first Community Day of the year, and we’ve had 6 new friends to the Club.

I think it would be 100 friends over in February.

Three years ago, I was wondering if I could make 100 friends.

And I never expected the group to expand to this extent.

The Canadian couple who joined us the last time were also with us today.

They brought their friend to this event.

The featured Pokémon of January Community Day is Rowlet.

It was the debut event of Shiny Rowlet.

The emerald-colored feather is beautiful♪

I want to catch it soon!

We got a notification 1 hour after the start.

It told us a 100 Rowlet appeared in front of the National Museum.

We got there quickly, but it seemed like the time was over.

It ran away…

The next notice told us 100 Rowlet appeared next to the Ueno Zoo

We caught the first 100 Rowlet!

A friend joining to club for the first time today got Shiny 100!

Good luck often comes to people who join this club for the first time.

It seems the beginner’s luck or I bring the luck to others…

After walking for a while, we got another notification.

This time it appeared outside the park.

Two 100 Rowlet were near a department store; Ueno Matsuzakaya!!

I got separated from the other members on the way but met up on site.

The members and I were able to catch it 3 times out of 4 notifications.

What a great achievement💦

I'm sure it will be a good memory for newcomers.

Today we say goodbye to Canadian friends.

They will return to Japan on January 10th, so it was the first and the last event.

When I got home and checked my phone, there was a message from them.

“Thank you for giving us this opportunity today.

 My friends and I had a lot of fun spending Community Day with the Pokémon GO group in Tokyo.

I appreciate everyone being so kind to us.

We made some good memories at the end of the trip.

Let's go for Poké-walking again when we return to Japan!”

Parting is always sad.

If I hadn't played Pokémon GO, I wouldn't have had this encounter.

We will continue our international exchange.

Various members joined today.

After the Community Day, we had a small welcome party and talked a lot with newcomers.
