Trip to Hokkaido; Climbing, Pokéfuta, and Photos!!

[Trip Duration] 3days: Saturday, October 8, 2022 to Monday, October 10, 2022.

Hello, dear trainers. It’s the leader of Pokémon GO Club Tokyo.

I stayed Hokkaido as my private trip for 3 days 😆

I joined a club member who lives in Hokkaido, then, we did climb a mountain, visit Pokéfutas, and AR shooting 👍

【DAY 1】

Departed from Narita Airport.

My bud, Mareep, saw my departure.





Because I have treated poffins too much, my Mareep has grown so big…🥲

Stay at home till my return‼️

I arrived at New Chitose Airport at

14:30.

I drive to Sapporo by a rental car.

I met a trouble on the way and got late, so I arrived at 17:30.

The member, I haven't seen in a while.

I'm glad to see that they are in good health❗️

Now, it’s the time for ramen, ramen💕



『Honoo no Miso Ramen Sapporo Engine (ゑん神)』

It's called “Burning Ramen” because of the flame that is created above the ramen, sealing in the flavor by frying it at a high temperature.

Well, that was a while ago.

The second restaurant we went to late at night was

『Izakaya Tourin (和酒と活鮮とうりん)』

We had a local sake of Hokkaido “Tokachi” and sashimi.

Fresh sashimi and sake made very good match!

We had a light meal on the day 1 and that was it!

【DAY 2】

It was the activity day!

Departure at 9:00am and after many stops, we arrived at Mt. Asahi-dake at 1pm💦.

Because I was shooing them↓



(Pokéfuta of Alolan Vulpix and Dialga located Higashikawa.)

According to the official website of “Pokémon Local Acts”

Alolan Vulpix and Vulpix have been promoting Hokkaido.

There's Dialga in the Pokéfuta.

That's cool.

Now, let's set off for the top of Asahidake!

This is Mt. Asahi-dake.

Lt's climb Mt. Asahidake.



Took the ropeway up to the fifth station, there were snow on the ground.

The first snow of the season have gotten last week.





Oh, there was someone else before us.



Watch out for the steps.

We went to the top.

I found a bear standing there.

It is the time of year before hibernation for bears.

They were looking for foods.

Here's the feeding ground↓

There is a good feed.

There is Famous Asahi-dake landmark”Sugatami Pond”

Shhh! Quiet.

A pokemon is sleeping.

Walk slowly, not to wake up Lapras.



Aipom was playing in front of the pond.

Three handprints were on the snowy ground.

It must be Aipom do.

We went to the left of the pond,

a plume of smoke was rising.

It seems...

This smoke seems to be emitted by a Pokémon.



There are various Pokemon on the mountain path.





Roggenrola is under our feet, we walked carefully.

They want to play with us.





The steps were hard to climb...

But after climbing up,

I felt refreshed.





We enjoyed Asahi-dake Climbing♪

On the way back, we took another Pokéfuta shot.

We ate Jingisukan!







It was VENISON Jingisukan.

(Usually, Jingisukan is made with grilled mutton or lamb.)

I like sheep. I don't eat any mutton and lamb.

We got a lot of exercise on the second day.

It is already the day 3, tomorrow.

Time flies...

【DAY 3】

It was rainy from morning in Hokkaido.

I booked a flight in the afternoon,

we had to say goodbye each other in the morning before leaving.

It is always sad for me to say goodbye.

I got to know people far away because of Pokémon GO.

I think this is what I mean when I say “Relationships built through Pokémon Go.”
